Sales Policy

Article 1: Scope of Application

This sales policy applies to all transactions carried out through The Tchoum Group (TTG) and all its subsidiaries. These conditions govern all services provided, ensuring transparency and mutual understanding between TTG and its customers. Any individual or business entity engaging with TTG for consultancy services is considered a client and agrees to comply with this sales policy.

Article 2: Services Offered

TTG offers a range of consulting services in marketing communication, new technologies, project management, finance, and real estate investment. Detailed descriptions of these services are provided to ensure clients are fully informed of the offerings and scope of each service area.

Article 3: Service Engagement

Engaging TTG’s services requires a mutual agreement outlining the scope, objectives, and expectations of the consultancy project. This agreement will be documented and signed by both parties before the commencement of any services.

Business entity engaging with TTG for consultancy services is considered a client and agrees to comply with this sales policy.

Article 3: Pricing and Payment Terms

Pricing for services will be communicated upfront in the service agreement and may vary depending on the complexity and duration of the project. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

  • Payment Terms: Payments are due according to the agreed schedule in the service agreement. Clients can pay through bank transfer, credit card, or other secure payment methods as specified.
  • Late Payments: A late fee of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balances exceeding the agreed payment terms.

Article 5: Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate and timely information relevant to the services being offered. Failure to provide necessary information or resources may result in delays or adjustments in service delivey.

Article 6: Confidentiality

TTG is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. All data and insights obtained during the consulting engagement will be kept confidential and only used for the purposes agreed upon with the client.

Article 7: Intellectual Property

All deliverables, reports, and materials created by TTG during the consultancy engagement remain the intellectual property of TTG until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client is granted full rights to use the deliverables as outlined in the service agreement.

Article 8: Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party fails to comply with the terms and conditions stated. Upon termination, any work completed up to that point will be invoiced, and all deliverables will be provided to the client.

Article 9: Limitation of Liability

TTG will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. TTG’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

Article 10: Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the engagement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Canadian law. Both parties agree to work in good faith to resolve any issues amicably.
